Cisco Social Miner – be alerted in real time to mentions on Facebook, Twitter and blogs, includes ability to respond.
Attensity360 – monitor mentions of company and competitors and provides reports to identify social opinion leaders and influencers, and more.
Clarabridge for Professionals – is for small and medium sized businesses. It collects customer feedback from surveys, emails, chats (from examining your internal communications?) and social media online. Assigns scores for range of issues and has alert system to signal potential problems.
Visible by Visible Intelligence - Monitors reputation by giving charts and graphs about positive and negative online mentions including Yelp and Twitter. Also has tool to give immediate feedback on campaigns and ability to respond to negatives.
Sprout Social – Sprout social tracks mentions and conversations and even makes recommendations for finding online opinion leaders and prospective customers.
